Homemade Chai
1 cinnamon stick 1/4 tsp peppercorns 2 bay leaves 1 tsp cloves 1 tbsp cardamom 1/4 inch sliced ginger
Boil in a pot for 5 minutes, then simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Add to your favorite tea (black, green, rooibos) and enjoy!
